Quite often I hear, “If I could stop craving sugar I’d be fine” or “Its the carbs that get me” and “Once I start eating the sweets, I can’t stop”. We’ve all had cravings from time to time and for some more often than others. We know that diet can play a big role in food cravings. But did you know there is a deeper meaning to why one craves certain foods? Our bodies have a unique and powerful wisdom and it’s time we start listening.
